‘Naked cleaner’ with strict rule clients can’t break shared strangest request she’s had

The owner of a business which provides naked cleaning services has revealed the strict rule her clients can't break.

Penelope Wyser founded Bare Naked Cleaners in Birmingham in 2020 after coming across a company in Australia who offered erotic cleaning services.

After a slow six months, the mum-of-two was able to earn money while 'staying at home with the kids'.

With a deposit of £45, customers have the option of booking in a clean at home, or in the office, and can choose what they want their cleaner to wear - from lingerie to a nurse's outfit.

"People often sort of think men just want young, slim women. And of course some men do," Penelope told the Daily Mail in April 2025.

"But not all men. We get quite a few young guys in their twenties and thirties that will say, 'Have you got a woman in her forties or fifties?'"

NSFW requests are also entertained, however, there's an extra charge if clients want to pleasure themselves in the cleaner's presence.

With packages starting at £125, there's an extra £30 charge for a fully naked service.

"We've got one client who ties himself to the bed when the cleaner goes around so he doesn't even watch her - it's a fetish thing," she said.

"He'll let her in, say hello and then ties himself to the bedpost," Penelope explained.

"So she's naked, and she's downstairs cleaning, and then she pops upstairs, and then she goes back down cleaning and he pays her quite a lot of money."

Meanwhile, her most shocking request was when someone enquired about a latex dog mask, 'which seemed odd, because he asked if the cleaner would wear a mask, and I thought he meant a sexy one so I said okay, but he sent me some photos and it was a latex dog mask'.

Despite the fun and games, there is a strict no-touch policy, as Penelope clarifies that no sex work is involved.

She claims that many of her clients are lonely and might need a bit of cheering up.

Penelope explained: "For a lot of older men, it is company for them, and they'll say "I like the look of so and so. But is she chatty? Can I have a laugh? Will she put me at ease?'

"For a lot of the older men who are perhaps on their own, it's company.

"They want a woman that they can sit and have a cup of tea with, chat with and they'll book the same cleaner every week. They look forward to seeing them."
