Let’s face it, we’re all partial to a big night out from time to time. But no one goes harder at a party than ‘Gurning Rave Guy’.

If you don’t know who I’m talking about, seriously, where have you been for the last eight years?

So, for those of you that need a reminder about an absolute icon in the last decade of pop culture, the infamous ‘rave gurner’ rose to fame after appearing in a promo video for a nightclub in which he appeared to be having a fantastic time of it in 2014.

He’s a go-to reference to send your pals when you’re on your way to a big night out or if one of your friends had a little too much fun at the club on the weekend.

So now, to immortalise the very moment that the star, born Shaun Jackson, epitomised nightclub culture, he’s been made into an action figure.

Yep, you actually can get your hands on a model figure of the ‘rave gurner’ in the plastic.

One lad, Justin Turner came up with the idea to create an action figure of the ‘Rave Icon’ after he stepped, or should I say, partied, into the limelight.

Alongside Joe from Joe Shark Sandwich Toys who had ‘similar ideas’, Justin ‘set himself on a mission to track Shaun down’.

Turner said in a statement: “I was successful, and after a chat with Shaun, Joe was bang on it. And within 3 weeks, we have an action figure!”

He will now forever be immortalised.

The party icon ‘has been expertly modelled to become his very own Rave Icon action figure!’ I mean, just look at it - the similarities are uncanny.

The toy company is also launching a limited edition version of their beloved miniature gurner, which will first appear on the market at their Raindance Just-In Time Winter series Rave at Fetch, Norwich on 2nd December.

The man himself will also be hitting up the event to sign fans’ action figures at the rave event, which is taking place in an underground basement-style club, which we’re sure Shaun will thoroughly enjoy once again.

The similarities are uncanny.

The ‘nostalgic journey’ will take fellow ravers back to the good old days of rave and dance music, and is also set to see star laser FX lighting and special effects to ‘create a feast’ for partygoers eyes.

And it sounds cool af, if you ask us.

You can get tickets for the Raindance Just-In Time Productions event here and buy your very own action figure here.
