Of all the charming small towns bursting with character that Ireland has to offer, Dingle is surely one of the brightest shining gems.

Home to some of the country's best restaurants and pubs, it's a prime New Year's Eve destination and the town also plays host to hugely popular festivals like Other Voices and Féile na Bealtaine. It was even once described as 'one of the most beautiful places in the world' by National Geographic - and anyone who has visited and had the pleasure of being mesmerised by its stunning landscapes will be able to attest to this.

With all that in mind, a gaff in Dingle would be a fairly decent first step onto the property ladder, right? Fat chance of finding an affordable property there knowing the state of this country's housing market though.

Unless there was an opportunity to win a two bedroom apartment right in the heart of Dingle entirely mortgage-free, you might wonder? Well you would be smart to ask such a thing because it just so happens there is!

In a new fundraiser by Dingle GAA, an entire home is being raffled in order to raise money which will be used to improve community facilities on the Dingle Peninsula and to support the Kerry Hospice Foundation.

This humble abode comes with many enviable features including further attic space with development potential, gold shield electric heating and double-glazed golden oak windows. Oh and did we mention the stunning views of Dingle Harbour?

To be in with a chance of winning this cosy nest on the coast, you simply purchase a raffle ticket from the official website here. Tickets cost €100 and the draw takes place on August 5th, 2022.
