Since the heart-breaking-yet-inspirational video of Keaton Jones went viral on social media, the teen has been offered things that most people could only dream about.

Celebrities and sports personalities have been sending him messages of support as well as inviting him to red-carpet events and behind-the-scenes tours.

One of the groups who put their hand up to lift Keaton's spirits were the Tennessee Volunteers football team with one player meeting up with the kid - and he appeared to be all smiles during the encounter.

Quarterback Jarrett Guarantano posted on Twitter: "So I got the chance to spend the day with my new best bud Keaton. It was unbelievable to get to know him and realize that we have a lot in common.

"This dude is very special and has changed my life forever.

"Now I have the little brother I always wanted! God bless you my man."

His teammate, wideout Tyler Byrd, said he was going to meet up with Keaton at his school tomorrow to support him through his difficult time.

These are just two of the offers that he's had since his mum uploaded a video to Facebook. In the post, she wrote: "Talk to your kids. I've even had friends of mine tell me they're [sic] kids were only nice to him to get him to mess with people.

"We all know how it feels to want to belong, but only a select few know how it really feels not to belong anywhere."

Captain America star Chris Evans has invited Keaton to walk the red carpet with him at the Avengers: Infinity War premiere. The actor wrote on Twitter: "Stay strong, Keaton. Don't let them make you turn cold. I promise it gets better.

"While those punks at your school are deciding what kind of people they want to be in this world, how would you and your mom like to come to the Avengers premiere in LA next year?"

He's also had messages from Justin Bieber, Hailee Steinfeld, Cardi B, NFL tight end Delanie Walker, Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown, and Star Wars' Mark Hamill. They've all told him to keep his chin up and not listen to the people making his life difficult.

It's certainly awesome to see well-known names from the sports, TV and music worlds band together and stand up for Keaton. It's not just him they're standing up for, but they're standing up against bullies and their actions everywhere, which is just as important.
