Cyclist And Driver Caught In Epic Road Rage In Brisbane

It's not known what sparked the brawl but it certainly did escalate.

It's no secret that motorists and cyclists have had a complicated history over the years.

While people in both camps aren't bad, there are a few outliers that give a bad name for their style of transport.

Sometimes there are a few curt words yelled from a seat or car because someone cut the other off or one went straight through a red light without a care for the road rules, but rarely does it escalate to a fist fight.

But that's exactly what was captured by a person in Brisbane, Australia, where two road users went to town on each other.

Shared by dt_ran on Instagram, it shows the pair go at it on Queen Street in Brisbane's CBD.

Sadly there's no information about what sparked the brawl but all we know is that it culminated in the cyclist picking up his bike and trying to throw it into the car or at least injure the driver.

The incident has been reported to Queensland Police so we might never know what led to the fisty cuffs.

While this road rage incident might seem pretty serious, there was a much funnier situation that faced a truck driver in the UK.

A woman was captured yelling at the lorry driver before realising her car's park brake hadn't been put on and she watched it roll down the hill.

Dumbfounded Scott McCready, from Rock Ferry, Birkenhead on Merseyside, told how his friend filmed the road rage incident earlier this month. The 36-year-old, who owns Mammut Plant Hire in Birkenhead, was driving a 26-tonne Mercedes vehicle in Bromborough, Wirral.

He said the woman's temper flared after he turned left into a side road.

Footage shows a black Vauxhall drive on the pavement of the narrow street and overtake his lorry.

The woman turns and looks like she's sticking her finger up.

It then slows down and stops as the driver leaves her vehicle with the car door still open and storms up to his window. Uh-oh, it's about to go down.

Dressed in an aqua-coloured jacket, she begins to shout at him but he quickly interrupts her and says: "Your car's rolling. Put your handbrake on."

The woman then panics, turns around and runs after her car, which is seen rolling down the street as the people inside the cabin of the lorry can be heard in fits of laughter.

So take this as a lesson in road rage, try to avoid it if you can.
