This viral video showing someone on a swing is causing a flap on the Twittersphere and we can't help but feel like it's some sick reincarnation of the gold and white/blue and black dress that we're just not ready for.

You might have watched the video and made your mind up already (I have, they're facing the camera). Chances are you're so sure, you can't quite believe that anyone would think the opposite. But they do.

Opinions have been thrown around left, right and centre: so the video speaks for itself, telling people to 'Like if you think hes facing the camera' or 'Comment if you think he's facing the building'.

Up to now there have been 3,400 likes and almost 50,000 likes - it's clear to see the majority think the swing rider is facing the camera but there are strong arguments for the latter and some have even started to see both.

A diagram has been drawn to make a point.

Explaining this dedicated diagram, one Twitter user wrote: "So the red lines are the front facing poles and the blue are the back ones, the yellow is the support pole. He's going from the right side of the screen to the left. He's facing the camera."

Someone agreed, suggesting: "I feel like everyone who's saying 'facing the building' is trolling us."

While many have been arguing that the person is facing the camera, another disagreed saying: "How is he facing the camera, I'm trying so hard to see this. Some scientist needs to come and explain this because I'm starting to think he's a ghost or a glitch in the matrix."

Someone echoed the previous post, writing: "it's not even physically possible for him to be facing the camera which human's legs can swing that far behind their own hips while sitting?"

Another added: "stupid b**ches have yall ever been on a swing when u were 6 hes facing the building u can literally see his hood".

One person made a valid point when they simply outlined: "When has a swing set ever faced a building? Case closed."
