A 'time traveller' has claimed to have visited 2027 and says there is no people around as well as there being no one on beaches or in shopping centres and here's his 'proof':

TikToker, @unicosobreniniente also known as Javier, says he managed to fast forward six years where he experienced 'human extinction', providing his 1.3 million followers with regular updates.

Funny thing is, despite there being no humans around (apart from Javier, of course), there's still electricity and the internet seems to be bang on. As well as there being buildings, cars and oh wait - what's that... social distancing stickers on floors.

Alongside the video, which racked up 7.3 million views as well as over 740,000 likes and nearly 25,000 comments, Javier wrote the caption: "I just woke up in a hospital and I don't know what might have happened. Today is February 13, 2027 and I am alone in the city."

He added: "Humanity has been extinct, there is no one in shopping centres."

Pushing my pessimism to the side for argument's sake, Javier did upload videos after the initial one which showed empty hospitals after one of his doubtful followers asked him to go there and film.

Yes the corridors in them are empty but we'd expect a little more carnage if humans are to go extinct somewhere between now and 2027. Unless Javier has been cleaning up the mess like a top LAD.

Commending on the first video though, one person wrote: "No possible, if he's posting then he's in our present time. That and advertisements and signs would look different... and clothes in stores lol."

People were also quick to point out the fact that there's footprints in the sand (not the poem, hopefully), moving boats in the sea as well as what seems to be someone on a crossing.

Someone else wrote: "Soooooo who turned the escalator on?"

Another suggested: "Clearly his place of work and he got there earlier than anyone else."

"It was called lockdown," someone else wrote, while another asked him to go into shops and 'show us' expiry dates on products.

I'm not sure about you but I think TikTok is on to time travelling Javier.
