McDonald’s customers are slammed for creating a disgusting mess inside one restaurant

McDonald’s customers are slammed for creating a disgusting mess inside one restaurant

A moment of silence for the workers at the Melbourne Bourke Street establishment.

The internet is fuming after a messy Bourke Street McDonald's in Melbourne’s CBD went viral.

Look, we’ve all done the all-night duck into Macca's for a little late-night McChicken Burger on the way home.

But, this recent video shows this Melbourne establishment resembling more like the pits of Hell and it's due to some absolute idiots.

A TikTok video uploaded by Lordzsmurf has now attracted two million views and shows the dining area completely trashed.

Takeaway bags can be seen on the floor along with soft drink spills, straws, cups, endless burger wrappers, Sweet N Sour Sauce containers and squished chips.

There's even a rogue KFC bag in the mix

The video captioned ‘Melbourne Maccas’ also shows the bins overflowing, with one customer throwing his drink and aiming for a miss.

And to make matters worse, the unidentified patron doesn’t pick up his mess.

There’s a special place in Hell for customers like you, sir.

The video has left many triggered.

One user wrote: “Hell, I used to go to fast food joints after a nightclub being totally s**tfaced, YET I still knew where to put the garbage after eating.”

Another said: “I remember working at Macca's customers did this and made us workers watch before it took all three of us to clean up.”

A third commented: “Why do people feel the need to be like this, I feel so bad for the workers.”

While another noted: “Oh please!! We’ve all had nights out that have ended at Maccas, we never EVER left it looking like this. Little respect goes a long way!”

Lordzsmurf revealed in the comments section the workers on shift that night were also copping abuse from these intoxicated customers.

Many users also began criticising Australia as a whole.

One person wrote: “Omg, so shameful Australia, what a mess these days."

Another said: “Damn, Australias really falling apart lately.. went from being a great country to a f**king disgrace.”

While a third said: “In the USA you’re mostly get your a** beat.”

Of course, this Bourke Street Maccas doesn’t represent the entirety of this country, but my god, as a Melburnian, I’m hanging my head in shame right now.

LADbible Group has contacted McDonald's Australia for comment.
