A man was surprised to discover a 40-year-old Ford Capri inside a barn in 'exceptional’ condition, having posted about his incredible find on YouTube.
YouTuber IMSTOKZE regularly shares videos about classic and retro cars with his 37,000 followers.
But one recent find proved to be one of his best yet, as he headed to check out the collection that once belonged to a man in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

This included a Ford Capri 2.8 Laser, which he was surprised to find was in amazing condition – and was going up for auction.
IMSTOKZE explained: “The Capri belonged to the owner's late father, who sadly departed early this year.
“Amy, his daughter, has reluctantly put the Capri and many other vehicles up for auction with no reserve.
“This is a very rare opportunity to acquire, in my opinion, one of the cleanest examples.”

He said there were a couple of marks, but generally the vehicle was in impressive nick given it had been sitting in a barn for ‘many years’.
“I've seen the Ford Capri is in exceptional condition, with one or two marks here and there,” the YouTuber continued.
“After all, this is a barn find, so it will come with characteristics from being laid dormant for many years.
“Having said that again, this Ford will clean up extremely well and will make someone a very happy owner.”

According to the auction listing on The Saleroom, the car went up for sale in a timed online auction last month.
The auctioneer chose not to publish the price, so we don’t know how much it ended up going for, but hopefully it’s gone to a happy new home.
Many of IMSTOKZE’s fans were equally stunned by his discovery, with one saying it was an ‘absolute gem’.
