It may be surprising to learn that football star Chris Kamara allegedly started his career in the Royal Navy at the age of 16 before making his way into the sporting industry.

Now 64-years-old, Kamara has had an established career in the field and has since gone on to explore opportunities as a broadcaster and presenter for the sport.

What is Chris Kamara's net worth?

As of 2022, Chris Kamara has an estimated net worth of $20 million, according to Wealthy Gorilla.

Kamara began his career playing in the lower divisions like Portsmouth and Swindon Town, before taking on a position on the teams of Premier League clubs like Sheffield United and Middlesborough.

As a professional footballer, Kamara played over 650 games overall before becoming a manager at Bradford City, according to his website.

After solidifying his career in football management, the professional went on to set up a career in the media - presenting Sky Sports' Goals On Sunday, as well as providing commentary on a selection of Sky's televised matches.

In 2015, the football mogul hosted ITV's Ninja Warrior UK.

The broadcaster is both known and loved for his 'highly excitable nature' and comedic moments whereby he utters some unusual sayings.

One of his famous presenting phrases has got to be, 'Unbelievable Jeff!', which he frequently exclaims alongside his co-host, Jeff Stelling, and even sells his catchphrase on T-shirts for doting fans.

Kamara has since announced that he would be stepping away from his duties at Sky Sports once the season ends, following his 25-year career in the industry.
