What is the plot of Thor: Love and Thunder?
Speaking of the new Thor film, director Taika Waititi said it "makes Ragnarok seem like a really run of the mill, very safe film" - can you imagine?
"It's of the best scripts I've read in years," Chris Hemsworth told ComicBookMovie last year. "It's Taika at his most extreme and best. If the version I read is the one we get running with, it's going to be pretty insane."

Waititi has been inspired by the comic book series when it comes to Jane's powers. In Ragnarok, Jane turned into Thor and wielded his hammer. But every time Jane turned into Thor, the chemotherapy for her cancer treatment reversed.
Natalie Portman did confirm that Jane will be returning in Thor: Love and Thunder with Thor's powers and some of her own. We're not sure what powers she'll encapsulate, but in the comic book series, Jane's powers include creating illusions of herself and teleporting.
Thor: Love and Thunder Cast
Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Natalie Portman (Jane) will be reprising their roles in Thor: Love and Thunder. Alongside them, Tessa Thompson will be returning as Valkyrie, King of New Asgard and Matt Damon is listed as playing 'Actor Loki'.
Christian Bale will return as the villain, Gorr the God Butcher, after first appearing in Thor: God of Thunder.
Russell Crowe is also a confirmed cast member for this latest instalment of Thor. He told Deadline his casting as Zeuss is "one of many surprises to come out of the film."

The Guardians of the Galaxy cast were spotted on set in Sydney, according to Thor: Love and Thunder News, which said:
"All of the Guardians of the Galaxy (minus Gamora from what we know) are in the movie as well. It's likely that they won't have a large part in the film (because this isn't a GOTG movie) seeing that the actors were only in Sydney for 2 WEEKS for the shoot of the movie."

Other notable characters include Chris Pratt as Peter Quill/Star Lord and director Waititi is the voice of Korg.
Will Lady Sif be in Thor Love and Thunder?
Jamie Alexander, who plays Thor's love interest Lady Sif, will be making an appearance in Thor: Love and Thunder and she was seen on set in Sydney in March for two months of filming.
