Simon Cowell has even admitted that he has a crush on Holden. In 2003 when she was in hairdressing drama Cutting It, he said: “I really fancy Amanda. […] She’s very cute.”
In a fresh interview with Woman’s Own, Holden said that it had “always been a dream of mine to have my own dating show” and revealed she was working on “something special” - specifically, a new dating show to air on the BBC.
