Andrew Garfield has spent the last two decades building an acting portfolio that is unmatched in its variety and critical-acclaim. He made headlines last year for his reprisal of Peter Parker in Jon Watts’ Spider-Man: No Way Home, before receiving attention from the Academy for Tick, Tick… Boom! and The Eyes of Tammy Faye

In a recent interview with Variety, Andrew got candid with Spider-Man: No Way Home co-star Zendaya, revealing how he struggled with early success: “When I did my first Spider-Man film… I wasn’t ready, man. I was like, ‘I need to back off, because I don’t know who I am yet. And my prefrontal cortex is still forming.’”

Hot off of Under the Banner of Heaven (2022), what is Andrew Garfield’s net worth in 2022?

What Is Andrew Garfield’s Net Worth?

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Andrew Garfield has an estimated net worth of $16 Million (£12.7 Million), as of 2022.

Beginning acting in 2004, Andrew worked primarily on the stage, before moving onto TV roles in Sugar Rush, Doctor Who, and Boy A, for which he won a BAFTA in 2008.

He garnered critical recognition for his portrayal of Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin in David Fischer’s The Social Network (2010), which developed into worldwide stardom once he was cast as Peter Parker in The Amazing Spider-Man alongside Emma Stone in 2012. He reprised the role twice, first in the movie’s 2014 sequel, and later in Tom Holland’s Spider-Man run, as a version of Peter from an alternate universe in Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021).

After his first run with Marvel, Andrew took on heavier roles in Breathe (2017), Under the Silver Lake (2018), and Mainstream (2020). His 2016 portrayal of Desmond Doss in Hacksaw Ridge, the first conscientious objector in American history to receive a Medal of Honour, earned him an Oscar nomination for best actor.

A fan of biopics, the past two years have kept Andrew busy, first with the role of the renowned Broadway composer Jonathan Larson in Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Tick, Tick… Boom! (2021) before he took on tarnished televangelist Jim Bakker in The Eyes of Tammy Faye (2021). His most recent work in Under the Banner of Heaven (2022) has put him in the shoes of Jen Pyre, the detective who oversaw the nurse case of Brenda Lafferty in 1984.

Following the project, he announced he will be taking a short break from acting to recalibrate and “be ordinary for a while.”
