Gordon Ramsay has taken on another viral TikTok challenge, having squeezed into his daughter's clothes for the #FlipTheSwitch craze. Watch it below:

Like many of us, 53-year-old Gordon has been entertaining himself during lockdown by keeping up with the latest social media trends.

For his latest trick, he's created his very own #FlipTheSwitch video with daughter Tilly, 18, who has 1.9 million followers on TikTok.

In their version of the viral challenge, Tilly can be seen stirring a pan on the hob, while dad Gordon grinds pepper in - both dancing to the beat of the song playing over the footage.

The video cuts to black, and when the duo return they've swapped places - and clothes, meaning Gordon's now donned his daughter's white dress.

After Tilly shared the video on TikTok, Gordon also posted it on his own channel, where he has two million followers.

He shared it on Twitter, too, writing: "I think I did this right..."

Of course, Gordon's well used to completing TikTok challenges now, having appeared in several videos with Tilly over the past few months.

In one, he and Tilly managed to nail a dance to a song with 'Juice, sauce and a little bit of dressing' in the lyrics, with Gordon joking on TikTok: "Not sure this is a recipe I can get behind."

The two both laughed as they took part in the viral dance, and even celebrated with a high-five when they made it to the end.

They've also tackled the TikTok dance for 'Say So' by Doja Cat, with Tilly saying he was 'getting better by the day', while in another from last year saw them 'transform' their outfits into a ballgown and tuxedo thanks to a flick of a... whisk.

Gordon's also been passing the time by sharing plenty of recipe videos on Instagram, including old favourites like fish and chips, carbonara, burgers and crumble - many of which he's been challenging himself to make in 10 minutes or under.
