On November 20th 2002, Michael Jackson held his baby Michael 'Blanket' Jackson II over the fourth-floor balcony of the Hotel Adlon in Berlin. It was one of many extremely well-publicised moments in Jackson's career and one he later had to apologise for, calling it 'a terrible mistake'.
Nine months prior to that, on February 21st 2002, Blanket was born in La Mesa, California, becoming the music legend's third child. There were questions about who his biologicial mother was after Debbie Rowe, the bearer of Jackson's first two children, categorically denied being the mother.

Blanket was only seven years old when the entire world stopped turning as the news of his father's death broke on June 25th 2009. His grandmother Katherine Jackson became his legal guardian and he's spent his time since then very much out of the limelight but for brief appearances picking up posthumous awards for his dad.
As you might have noticed, today is in fact his birthday. Happy 14th, lad.
Now going by the name Bigi after some bullying at school, it looks like he's been able to shake his famous past and is now enjoying being a regular teenager...
