Rapper 50 Cent has launched legal action against Rick Ross' ex-girlfriend over claims of 'highly offensive' social media posts about his 14-year-old son.
The claims allege the posts attacked his son and include what were described as 'sexually degrading' insults and a 'fabricated diagnosis'.
In a lawsuit filed on Monday (26 October) in federal court in Los Angeles, the rapper's attorneys accused Tiallondra 'Tia' Kemp of defamation over her posts last week about Sire Jackson.
It had been alleged that she claimed he had autism, and attributed it to 'sexually explicit' conduct involving his mother, Daphne Joy.

The lawsuit, seeking at least $6 million (£4.5m) in damages according to reports, accuses Kemp of defamation, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, as per Billboard.

50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, has alleged in the claim that Kemp targeted his son to retaliate against him during a public dispute involving her former boyfriend, Rick Ross.
As per the complaint, Kemp is accused of telling Jackson his own son was 'on the spectrum' and should not post pictures about other people's children.
She is then alleged to have made a claim about Joy's conduct during the time she was pregnant with Sire, which attorneys describe as a fabricated explanation for an incorrect medical diagnosis.
“Ms. Kemp shamelessly used the label ‘on the spectrum’ as a pejorative slur hurled at a child to humiliate him and his family. But autism is not shameful,” the lawyers filed.

“What is shameful is fabricating a diagnosis for a private child, inventing a sexually degrading cause for it, and broadcasting both to a mass audience.
“This action arises from a grown adult’s deliberate decision to use a young child as a prop and a punchline in order to wound the child’s father. S.J. is a minor and not a public figure.”
As per TMZ, 50 Cent has claimed his attorneys previously sent Kemp a cease-and-desist letter demanding she remove the offending posts and stop publishing the material.
She has since hit back in a video on social media, telling him: "Don't play with me about your lawyers. I ain't got [expletive] for you to get," adding: "You can't bully me."
The rapper has reportedly asked a judge to issue an immediate temporary injunction prohibiting Kemp from harassing Sire, followed by a final injunction after a hearing.
