Alex Scott couldn't make it to the final episode of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! for a very good reason.
The former England footballer-turned-pundit was the first celebrity to leave the jungle on the latest series of I'm A Celeb - which saw Angry Ginge be crowned King of the Jungle last night - but when she left, she wasn't greeted by partner Jess Glynne.
You know, the Jess Glynne who sings that song in the Jet2 adverts.
Normally, when a celeb leaves the jungle, they'll be greeted by their nearest and dearest person, though in this case Scott shared a hug with friend Regan Coleman, and that's because Glynne couldn't head out to Australia after her mum had a stroke and needed 'urgent brain surgery'.

"I know people will wonder why I wasn’t there at the end of the bridge, so I wanted to share something personal," Glynne explained as she said it had been a 'really serious, life-altering time for my family' which meant she understandably needed to stay 'close to home'.

That's why Glynne couldn't be there, and it's also why Scott wasn't still around for the final episode, which is technically breaking one of the show's rules - though it's unlikely anyone is going to be angry with her.
When an I'm A Celeb contestant leaves the jungle, they typically stay in the fancy JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort and Spa, where they stay until the final episode so they can come back for it.
While the rules say that celebrities typically have to stick around so they can make one final appearance at the end it's unlikely anyone would begrudge Scott heading home early to support her partner through a difficult time.
"It's been tough because I want to be here for the wrap party and I have to get home straight away," she told the Express during her exit interviews.
"She's my Jessica, and I'm going home to be her rock. My campmates knew what I was going through and I just want to thank everyone at ITV and my campmates because they've all shown me so much support."

Scott revealed she nearly pulled out of the show over Glynne's mum's surgery, but told The Mirror that 'Jess was the one that pushed me to be here'.
As soon as she saw someone else waiting to greet her at the bridge she knew she wanted to facetime her partner and check in with how she was, with them having an 'emotional moment' when they spoke again.
Afterwards, she flew out of Aus to be by her partner's side during a difficult time, which is why she wasn't around to appear for the I'm A Celeb finale, which was won by streamer Angry Ginge.
Ginge joins a long list of I'm A Celeb winners who've been crowned King or Queen of the Jungle, though they do have to give back their crown and sceptre almost immediately.
