Blake Lively has filed an amended legal complaint against her It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni, claiming that she and her family have been 'mentally and physically' impacted by the lawsuit.

In case you've somehow missed it, here's a rundown on the legal saga: Lively and Baldoni are currently locked in a fierce legal battle after starring in the screen adaption of the Colleen Hoover novel.

Lively filed a lawsuit in December alleging sexual harassment and a campaign of 'social manipulation'. Baldoni responded by filing a lawsuit of his own suing Lively, Ryan Reynolds and their agent which made a number of allegations, including defamation.

Both Lively and Baldoni have denied claims made against them, with the case currently scheduled for a March 2026 trial.

Lively's legal team have now filed an amended version of her complaint on 18 February which makes new allegations against the actor, including claims that her children have been impacted by the case and texts which see the actress refer to Baldoni as a 'creep'.

According to a copy of the court documents, obtained by Page Six, Lively has claimed her and Reynolds' four children - James, 10, Inez, 8, Betty, 5, and Olin, 2 - have been 'traumatised' by the case.

The Gossip Girl star's complaint noted the children had been 'emotionally uprooted in ways that have substantially impacted their well-being'.

Lively also noted that she has 'struggled to get out of bed' due to the ongoing case, while Deadpool star Reynolds has been 'been affected mentally, physically and professionally by his wife’s and children’s pain.'

The amended complaint also includes a series of texts allegedly sent by Lively to a friend which refer to her co-star as a 'creep'.

The text message sent from Lively to an unnamed friend sees the actress reveal that she had planned to invite them to set before describing Baldoni and his Wayfarer Studios co-producer Jamey Heath as 'creeps'.

"Like keep your hormones to yourselves. This is not mine. I don’t want it," she allegedly wrote (via MailOnline).

The text continued: "I don’t want you [sic] gaze or words or tongue or videos of your naked wife. [referring to a video which Heath allegedly showed her of his wife giving birth].

"It's shocking. Clowns."

The amended complaint also includes allegations of defamation from Baldoni's team in the months following the initial filing.

Baldoni's lawyer Bryan Freedman has since responded to the amended complaint, issuing a statement which branded the new allegations 'underwhelming'.

"Our clients have been transparent in providing receipts, real-time documents and video showing a completely different story than what has been manipulated and cherry-picked to the media," he told Fox News.

"Our clients have taken this matter and these issues very seriously, notwithstanding the jokes made publicly by the plaintiff and her husband. Her underwhelming amended complaint is filled with unsubstantial hearsay of unnamed persons who are clearly no longer willing to come forward or publicly support her claims.

"Since documents do not lie and people do, the upcoming depositions of those who initially supported Ms. Lively’s false claims and those who are witnesses to her own behaviour will be enlightening.

"What is truly uncomfortable here is Ms. Lively’s lack of actual evidence."
