Denise Richards' husband files for divorce and requests spousal support from her OnlyFans career

Their six year marriage is over, and he says he wants support since he has no income

Aaron Phypers, the husband of Denise Richards, has filed for divorce and is seeking spousal support, which if granted, would mean that she might have to give him some of her OnlyFans earnings.

The couple tied the knot back in September 2018, a month after Phypers had finalised his divorce from Desperate Housewives star Nicolette Sheridan.

However, almost seven years on from their wedding they are splitting and according to US Weekly the divorce was filed yesterday (7 July) with the date of separation given as 4 July.

He said there were 'irreconcilable differences' in their relationship as the reason behind their divorce and made a number of requests including a 2018 motorbike, his power tools and spousal support.

For clarity, spousal support is a monthly fee one person may have to pay to their ex in the case of divorce.

Phypers had been self-employed at a wellness centre between 2018 and 2024, but he has been unemployed since October of last year and in his divorce filing he alleged that he has made no money since then.

Meanwhile, he estimates that Denise Richards makes around $250,000 (£183,550) a month from her work on OnlyFans, which she and her daughter both joined, along with her brand deals, appearances and TV fees for appearing on the likes of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

He also claimed that his monthly expenses were about $105,000 (£77,000), with $20,000 spent on clothes, $18,000 on rent and $15,000 apiece on 'eating out' and 'entertainment.'

The filing also suggests they spend $10,000 a month on groceries, which may beg the question as to how Richards and Phypers were apparently forking out about $25,000 a month on food in total while still maintaining slim figures.

Since he said his monthly income was 'zero' he is asking for spousal support, in effect for a cut of Richards' earnings from her various ventures.

Divorce proceedings being filed follows comments made by Richards a few months ago that she would never get divorced again.

During the premiere of her TV show Denise Richards & Her Wild Things she said: "I’ll never get divorced again, even if we hate each other."

In the same episode she admitted it was 'not easy being married to me', which Phypers jokingly agreed to while he said that Richards had said it first.

"Yeah, I’m never getting divorced again. Even if we hate each other. I’m not going to f**king get divorced," she said as Phypers suggested that if they couldn't stand each other then they could always just 'get different homes.'

LADbible have contacted legal representatives of Denise Richards for comment.
