Shocking text messages allegedly sent by Elon Musk have been revealed as he is sued by the influencer claiming to be the mother of his 13th child.

Ashley St. Clair announced on X earlier this month that she and the CEO share a child.

"Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father," she wrote. "I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child's privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause."

Musk has not yet confirmed, publicly acknowledged or responded to comment on these claims and now St. Clair has launched legal action seeking sole custody, and to officially establish him as the dad.

Filed in New York Supreme Court, the MAGA influencer alleges she and Musk began their romantic relationship in May 2023 and conceived their son, identified in the filings as R.S.C., around January last year.

She claims that the Tesla boss has ‘acknowledged parentage of the child in various written correspondences’ with her. And to back this up, two images that make up the legal petitions show messages she claims to be between her and Musk.

In a message dated from 24 November, St. Clair sends him a selfie, to which he responds ‘hi cutie’ before saying: “I want to knock you up again.”

Another message said to be from him on 2 February this year reads: “Well, we do have a legion of kids to make.”

One exchange also comes from the day the baby was born, with St. Clair sending him a photo of her holding the newborn in the hospital.

“All well?” Musk seemed to ask as she confirmed: “He is perfect.”

He then allegedly wrote: “I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend.”

Another exchange seems to show the pair discussing the safety of their child as he talks about a threat on his life, claiming to be ‘#2 after Trump for assassination'.

He allegedly wrote: “Wake up. This is not the time for sentiment at the expense of safety. If I make a mistake on security [REDACTED] will never know his father.”

St. Clair responded with: “That's why the father spot on his birth certificate is blank right now, E. And he has my last name.”

Musk says this is ‘necessary for now’.

In her filings, she claims Musk has only met their child three times and is not currently seeking child support, just full custody and recognition of him as the father.

“I am the only parent who cares for him on a daily basis. I feed him, bathe him and ensure that all his physical and emotional needs are met,” she wrote. “By his choice, Respondent [Musk] was not present for the birth of our child, has had no more than three in-person visits with our child, and has not expressed an interest in having custody of our child.”

LADbible has contacted Musk for comment.
