Eminem set to become grandfather for second time as adopted daughter announces pregnancy

Another October and another announcement of good news for Eminem's family, as he's going to become a grandfather for a second time.

About this time last year, his daughter Hailie Jade told him there was a baby on the way and he announced it to the world with a sports jersey that said 'Grandpa 1' on it.

The rapper got visibly emotional during the announcement, and it was a sight many of his fans never thought they'd see, but one they were happy to witness.

He was also shown an ultrasound of the baby to come, and in March this year, Elliot Marshall McClintock (Hailie's husband is Evan McClintock) was born.

Now, Eminem's going to be a grandad again as his adopted daughter Alaina Marie Scott has announced her pregnancy, so it means there will be a new addition to the family soon enough.

Scott, the daughter of Eminem's ex-wife's twin sister, was adopted by him years ago.

Posting about the baby on the way, she shared a picture of herself and partner Matt Moeller as she wrote: "The best of you and me. For months, I’ve carried a tiny heartbeat inside me, one that has already changed mine in every possible way.

"There’s something indescribable about knowing there’s a little life growing, dreaming, and becoming, all while you go about your day, whispering prayers and hopes only they can hear.

"I’ve never felt more grateful for this gift and to grow our family, something we've wanted for so long. Thank you God for this blessing. Baby M, we can’t wait to meet you, little one."

The family were quick to congratulate her, with Hailie saying she was 'sooo happy for you guys' and she 'can’t wait to be this little ones auntie'.

Nathan, Eminem's brother, wrote: "Congrats I’m so excited for you guys! You’re gonna be great parents. Stop making me old lol."

It sounds like the family is ready for the famous rapper to have another grandkid to help look after, life-changing as it is.

Shortly before she gave birth, Hailie said she was finding it 'so weird' that there was going to be a whole other human in their family, as she was wondering how her baby would turn out.

Calling it 'strange but super exciting', one hopes that her sister is going through something similar and is looking forward to her life changing in a good way.
