Hulk Hogan’s daughter Brooke has hit out at Clearwater Police after the force announced it had concluded its investigation into the WWE star’s death.
The former wrestler, real name Terry Bollea, died at the age of 71 on 25 July following a cardiac arrest.
In the wake of his death, Hogan’s family made bombshell claims that medical malpractice might have been a crucial factor in his passing.
Last week, almost a year on from his passing, Clearwater Police Department released a report, which concluded that he had died of ‘natural causes’.

“Following an exhaustive review of the statements, medical records, surveillance footage from within the residence, and a visual inspection of Mr. Bollea's body, there has been no evidence to indicate the death of Terry Bollea was anything other than natural," investigators wrote.

The report added: "Through the course of the investigation, there has been no evidence to indicate any criminal wrongdoing related to his death."
Releasing the report on 5 June, Clearwater Police Department went on to thank Hogan’s family and legal team for their cooperation during the investigation.
Now, Hogan’s daughter Brooke has laid into the police force during an appearance on the Bubba The Love Sponge podcast.
“I think my fans and I think people know me well enough to know that I have integrity. I try to keep my mouth shut,” she said.
“I’ve tried to stay out of this stuff, but dear Clearwater Police: Keep my effing name out of your mouth. You have not treated me like family. You have not helped me. You have not been in touch with me like you should have been.”

Speaking to TMZ, the 38-year-old claimed there were ‘inconsistencies’ and accused the police of ‘missing the mark’.
She said: "There's been a lot of inconsistencies from the beginning. I think CWPD missed the mark by not immediately making this a big investigation and not questioning everything and everybody out the gate.
“This should have been treated as a taped off, locked down, thorough investigation from day one."
She went on to tell the outlet that being publicly acknowledged in the police department’s statement felt like ‘a slap in the face’.
