Jennifer Lawrence mouths to camera before iconic reaction to Emma Stone win at Golden Globes

Jennifer Lawrence mouths to camera before iconic reaction to Emma Stone win at Golden Globes

She was up against Emma Stone for a Golden Globe and had the best reaction

While she might not have won on the night, Jennifer Lawrence gave the best performance at this year's Golden Globes awards ceremony.

She was nominated in the Actress in a Musical or Comedy Motion Picture category for her part in No Hard Feelings, but she was up against the likes of Margot Robbie in Barbie and Emma Stone in Poor Things.

You've probably heard of No Hard Feelings, it's the movie where Lawrence plays a woman trying to date an 'unf**kable teenager' (Andrew Barth Feldman) after his parents put an ad on Craigslist.

One of the most infamous scenes in the movie is a fight scene on a beach where Lawrence's character is completely naked, and she confirmed she was doing her own stunts there.

She said that doing the scene was 'hilarious to me' even though some people round her were wondering whether it was the right idea.

Jennifer Lawrence joked that she'd be out of there if she didn't win.

Fast forward to the Golden Globes ceremony and something people were loving was Lawrence's reactions when the camera was on her.

As the nominations were being read out the No Hard Feelings star looked right down the barrel of the camera and mouthed: "If I don't win, I'm leaving."

She then comedically jabbed her thumb towards the exit to make her point, though of course she was only joking.

Later on her reaction when Emma Stone took home the Golden Globe for Poor Things was also captured on camera, and far from storming out she instead threw her arms up in the air and applauded enthusiastically, proving there really were no hard feelings between her and the winner.

Poor Things went on to pick up the gong for Musical or Comedy Motion Picture so the movie must be doing something right.

As for the rest of the night, Oppenheimer was the big winner movie-wise, while Succession did very well on the TV series front.

Barbie won in a new category, Cinematic and Box Office Achievement, which is unsurprising considering how much money it has raked in and the craze it caused last summer.

Meanwhile, the Golden Globes attendees will have plenty to grin about as the awards ceremony was packed with goodie bags that were stuffed choc full of expensive gifts.

Guests get a bunch of products and experiences in their bags, with some of them worth a whopping $500,000.

Winners and presenters of the awards ceremony would definitely be bagging the extra prizes in addition to getting their hands on the prestigious awards.
