Judge reaches decision over Haley Kalil ex-husband Matt's manhood size lawsuit
A judge has thrown out Matt Kalil’s lawsuit against his ex-wife Haley over comments she made about the size of his penis.
Matt and Haley got hitched over a decade ago in 2015 but the union wasn’t to last and the pair filed for divorce due to 'irreconcilable differences' in 2022.
The two then appeared to move on, with Matt marrying model Keilani Asmus in 2024.
However, during a Twitch livestream with Marlon Garcia in November last year, Haley opened up about some of the reasons her marriage hadn’t worked and mentioned the size of her ex-husband’s manhood.

Haley indicated that Matt was so large that it made sex difficult and said it was a factor in why they split.
In response to her comments, former NFL star Matt launched a lawsuit, seeking a trial and $75,000 in damages, against his ex-wife claiming she made degrading and deeply personal comments' which had resulted in 'unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public'.
Haley said she had been left ‘shocked and incredibly hurt’ to be sued by her ex-husband and asked a judge to dismiss the lawsuit.
In court documents, Haley said her marriage had been a 'loving union that was ultimately hindered by an unfortunate physical incompatibility' while noting that she 'repeatedly praised his character and the quality of their marriage throughout the interview'.
On Thursday (17 September) U.S. District Judge Patrick Schiltz has granted that request and the case has been dismissed, The Star Tribune reports.
Schiltz concluded that Haley’s comments had been permissible, noting that she shared the information while talking about her own marriage, health and divorce something which ‘her millions of followers have a legitimate interest’.
“If the only source of Matt’s celebrity was his career as a football player — and if Haley was just a random social‐media maven who passed on gossip about the size of Matt’s penis to get a laugh or to attract attention — then the Court would readily find that Haley’s comments were not of legitimate public concern,” Schiltz said.
“For these reasons, the Court finds that Haley’s remarks about the size of Matt’s penis and its impact on her health and marriage were remarks about a matter of legitimate public concern.”
Speaking to TMZ after the case was thrown out, Haley said: “I am so relieved this is over.
“I never wanted to be in a courtroom discussing matters of my own life.
“I think this ruling is important and I hope it encourages women everywhere to speak openly about what they’ve been through. Your story belongs to you and you shouldn’t fear sharing it.”
Haley’s attorney, Matthew Bialick, added: “The Court found that Haley was speaking about her body, her life, and her marriage. She was talking about the trauma she went through and what led to her divorce. Those experiences are hers, and she has every right to talk about them.
"No woman should need her ex-husband's permission to tell the story of her own marriage. No woman should be sued for talking about her own body. We hope this ruling gives women everywhere the confidence to share their own stories."
