Justin Bieber has explained what he considers to be cheating in a relationship during a recent livestream.
The singer tied the knot with wife Hailey in 2018, and last year, the couple welcomed their first child together, Jack Blues Bieber, but like every marriage, there are ups and downs.
The couple have hit out at rumours they were planning to divorce, with Bieber's wife and son featuring plenty in the promotion of his new album Swag. They've also revealed that they maintain their relationship with a list of rules.
Among the things they said they valued were 'rest as worship', 'servanthood' and the 'dignity and eternal worth' of human beings.

These are their rules for living life and keeping their relationship together, while the singer has also revealed where he sets the bar when it's on him to define cheating in a relationship.

"If you even think of a woman with lust, it's the same thing as actually doing it, committing adultery, whatever," he said on a recent livestream where he laid out his definition of cheating.
"It's the same thing, so it's like if it even just crosses your mind for one second."
It's probably worth pointing out that he's not just talking about looking at other women, but thinking of them 'with lust' is where he draws the line and considers it cheating.

Lots of people were fans of his approach and many of them said 'it's what the Bible says' and that 'Jesus directly equated that to adultery', praising Bieber for holding himself to such a standard.
However, not everyone agrees as some folks reckon his definition of cheating is pretty harsh.

"No. You can find other humans attractive, that’s biology. Doesn’t mean you’re going to cheat on your husband or wife," one person said as they found his definition of cheating to be too broad.
There was a disagreement over whether his words were the 'realest thing he's said in years' or whether 'lust isn't what he thinks it is'.

Others alluded to rumours that Bieber had cheated on Selena Gomez years ago when they had been dating, with the pair having accused each other of cheating in a series of now-deleted Instagram activity.
The star has been very open about his Christian faith. He currently belongs to the Churchome, a global, non-denominational Christian community. He's also described himself as a 'Jesus guy' in the past on social media.
