Diddy's demise in 2025, which saw him end up behind bars for four years, has seen many music fans look into his relationships with other celebrities.
One man whom the disgraced rapper became close to in the 2010s was Justin Bieber, having first met the Canadian singer when he was signed onto Usher and Scooter Braun's joint label as a young teenager back in 2008.
Bieber has, of course, gone on to become a huge name within the music industry, but has been vocal about his mental health struggles in recent years, with many speculating that his friendship with Diddy may well have contributed to those.
How did Diddy and Bieber's relationship begin?
Just months after Bieber was signed by Braun, Diddy reportedly expressed an interest in 'mentoring' him.
In a viral video titled 'JUSTIN BIEBER's 48 HRS with DIDDY!!' originally posted in 2009 when Bieber was 15, Diddy referred to having 'custody' of the superstar teenager.

"Where we're hanging out and what we're doing, we can't really disclose, but it's definitely a 15-year-old's dream. For the next 48 hours he's with me. And we're gonna go full. Buck full crazy," said the music mogul, while also promising Bieber a white Lamborghini for his next birthday and a mansion for his 18th.
What has Justin Bieber said about the Diddy allegations?
When the rapper was undergoing his trial in New York earlier this year, one of Bieber's representatives spoke out about the allegations that he could have been one of Diddy's victims.
The spokesperson said: "Although Justin is not among Sean Combs' victims, there are individuals who were genuinely harmed by him.
"Shifting focus away from this reality detracts from the justice these victims rightfully deserve."
However, fans grew concerned when an old clip resurfaced, where Diddy and Bieber are being interviewed by Jimmy Kimmel together, and the 'I'll Be Missing You' singer alluded to some of the things that go on behind the scenes.

He said: "He knows better than to be talking about the things that he does with Big Brother Puff on national television. Everything ain't for everybody."
Naturally, with the context we now have about what happened at Diddy's 'freak off' parties, as was told by his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura during the trial, this certainly doesn't look good.
Diddy has since been sentenced to four years and two months in prison after he was found guilty on just two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, with the New York jury finding him not guilty on the far more serious racketeering and sex trafficking charges.
What has Justin Bieber admitted now?
It has been a tricky few years for the 31-year-old, but he looks to be back on the right track after suffering an emotional breakdown shortly after marrying his wife Hailey in 2019.

The two now share a son together, and he recently released a new album, while his social media posts suggest that he has found God and is far happier with his current situation.
The latest of some extremely candid posts saw Bieber talk honestly about how he started out in the music industry and the struggles he faced.
"I grew up in a system that rewarded my gift but didn't always protect my soul," he said. "There were moments I felt used, rushed, shaped into something I didn't fully choose.
He also wrote: "I'm not speaking as a victim still bleeding - I'm speaking as someone restored. Because I'm healed I can forgive. Not to pretend injustice didn't happen, but so it doesn't keep living through me.
"I don't want revenge. I want redemption. I don't want to destroy the industry. I want it transformed. What happened to me was real. But it doesn't get the final word."
