Kim Kardashian has opened up about her battle with terrifying brain condition.
The mum-of-four's health update came in the opening episode of season seven of The Kardashians today (23 October).
"They found a little aneurysm," she said, following a routine MRI brain scan which cameras followed her along for.
The news clearly got to Kim, as she later appeared upset on the phone, asking: "Why the f**k is this happening?" She added to her sister Khloe and mum Kris Jenner that following the diagnosis she had the 'hardest week' of her life.
