Lil Wayne's assistant has claimed his job involved him being on call 24/7, with the rapper insisting on having pre-rolled blunts ready at all times among other bizarre demands.
In legal documents obtained by TMZ, Andrew Williams has exhaustively listed his duties during his years working for Lil Wayne.
Williams is suing Wayne - real name Dwayne Michael Carter Jr - for allegedly assaulting him on a private jet in 2022. Wayne denies the allegations, and said he only ever acted in self-defence.
As the legal case rumbles on in court, Williams' job description is being called upon by lawyers, giving fans a rare look inside the life of what working for the stars is apparently like.
Advert
There are a lot of run-of-the-mill requirements for working for such a high-profile rapper.
As is expected, Williams was required to be 'discreet' when it came to Wayne's personal life and also had to sign non-disclosure agreements.

Williams was also tasked with the busy work that ensured Wayne always got from A to B on time and got through his busy schedule without any hiccups.
That includes making sure he's up and out of bed on time, packing his bags for trips and accompanying him on those journeys, handling small purchases and informing Wayne of any such spends.
Just generally ensuring all those hectic days go as smoothly as possible, lest he suffer any minor inconvenience.
The assistant also had to be 'self-motivated' and have a 'positive attitude', which could be from any job advert ever.
So far, so relatively normal, presumably, but things get a lot more oddly specific, with requirements unlikely to be seen on LinkedIn.
If it sounds like a round-the-clock profession, well, that's because it reportedly is, with the documents saying Williams had to be on call 24/7, with his phone always on charge, so he is reachable whatever the time.
On top of that, it's said Williams had to have pre-rolled blunts available for Wayne's enjoyment at all times, and to ensure stock of his favourite wraps never reached zero.
He also had to be good around dogs and kids and had to 'keep up with [Wayne's] fast-paced lifestyle without engaging personally'.
Wayne also wanted his assistant to have 'pleasant personal hygiene', be strong enough to carry his bag, be mentally sound and composed under pressure.
Not much to ask for then!
Why Williams is suing Lil Wayne

Williams is suing Wayne as he claims the rapper punched him with a closed fist in the face on a private plane after intervening in a fight between the rapper and the pilot back in 2022.
Wayne denies all allegations and claims he was acting in self-defence.
The lawsuit reads, as per Yahoo: "The combination of a closed fist and the numerous rings and large jewelry on the hands of [Wayne] caused great harm to [Andrew].
"As an actual and proximate result of [Wayne's] assault and misconduct, [Andrew] has and continues to be damaged emotionally and physically, incurred general damages and special damages including incurring medical expenses, in amounts to be proven at trial."
LADbible has contacted a representative of Lil Wayne for a comment.
