The ex-wife of NFL star Matt Kalil is hoping that her 'sexual sovereignty' will put a stop to the lawsuit he has lodged against her.
The sportsman is gearing up for a court showdown with his former spouse Haley Baylee, who he divorced in 2022 after seven years of marriage.
Although their split was legally done and dusted more than three years ago, their breakup is currently causing a lot of drama between the former couple.
That's because former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Baylee, 33, has publicly discussed the X-rated reason that she claims was the 'biggest factor' in their divorce.

During an appearance on a Twitch live stream with popular content creator Marlon in November, the redhead influencer stated that the size of Kalil's penis directly contributed to the dissolution of their marriage.
She reckons 'like 0.01 per cent of the population' have similar dimensions to the former footballer, and because he was apparently so well-endowed, Baylee claimed they found it 'impossible' to have sex.

"I was going to try it all," Baylee said of searching for a solution to the intimate problem. "We tried it all: therapist, doctors. Not even lying...looked up lipo-type s**t!
"That’s why it’s kinda funny. It’s like my life is a comedy, and it kinda writes itself."

She said Kalil's penis stacked up similarly to 'two Coke cans on top of each other, maybe even a third', and said of their divorce: "That was the biggest factor."
"We’ve tried, impossible unless you’re going to be in tears," Baylee said about her sex life with the 36-year-old.
The social media star described Kalil - who she first began dating in 2012 - as her 'homie' and told viewers she still had 'love' for him.
However, relations between the couple appear to have now turned sour after the former NFL player filed a lawsuit against Baylee for her alleged 'invasive commentary' about his manhood.

Kalil, who went on to marry model Keilani Asmus and welcomed a son with her, alleges that Baylee received 'substantial financial benefit, increased viewership, increased engagement, and monetisation through various social media platforms and media coverage' as a result of the risqué conversation she had during the Twitch stream.
Legal documents obtained by TMZ show that Kalil has claimed that his ex-wife 'implied that the size of his genitalia was a primary factor in the parties' divorce' and that sex with him 'would leave her in tears'.
His lawyers said he had been subjected to 'unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public' after she made these remarks.
The lawsuit also states that adding that Kalil's family members 'have been forced to endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements'.
Kalil is seeking a jury trial where he hopes to earn more than $75,000 in damages from Baylee, although the model has described her ex-husband taking things down the legal route as 'incredibly hurtful'.

Now, the influencer's lawyer Matthew Bialick has revealed that a motion will be filed in the coming weeks in the hopes of dismissing the lawsuit.
The attorney told TMZ that he intends to argue that Baylee has 'erotic autonomy' - AKA, the right to make her own choices about her own body and sexual experiences - and is therefore well within her rights to discuss Kalil's penis.
Bialick believes that his client was simply 'exercising her sexual sovereignty by truthfully describing a sexual experience that left her in tears' and that banning her from doing so would violate her right to free speech.
Baylee's lawyer also told People that they will 'immediately move to dismiss' the lawsuit, while saying that Kalil's case is 'legally unsupported'.

Baylee herself also added that she was 'genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt upon receiving the news of this filing', adding: "The truth is in the original livestream - which is still live on Marlon’s YouTube account. I speak highly of him in multiple ways throughout that conversation."
LADbible has reached out to Kalil's and Baylee's reps for comment.
