Former NFL star Matt Kalil has filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife Haley Kalil following comments about the size of his manhood.
The American footballer, 36, has sued the swimsuit model, 33, for 'invasive commentary' and 'unjust enrichment' earlier this month for discussing his penis size.
During a livestream in November 2025, his wife of seven years said his penis was 'like 0.01 percent of the population' and that it was 'impossible' to have sex.
“That’s why I can’t put it on the internet. We tried it all,” she told Twitch streamer Marlon Garcia. “He was like two Coke cans on top of each other, maybe even a third.

“I was going to try it all — therapists, doctors [and I] looked up lipo-type s**t, you know what I mean?”

In the lawsuit, the former Carolina Panther has accused Hayley of implying 'that the size of Plaintiff's genitalia was a primary factor in the parties' divorce and claimed that sexual intercourse with Plaintiff would leave her in tears'.
Matt's lawyers said he had been subjected to 'unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public', alleging that his family members 'have been forced to endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements'.
The filing, which seeks more than $75,000 in damages, accuses Haley of receiving 'substantial financial benefit, increased viewership, increased engagement, and monetization through various social media platforms and media coverage'.
Haley's lawyer, however, thinks the judge will grant her motion to dismiss.

“We moved to dismiss the complaint because Minnesota has a longstanding commitment to free speech, which is important now more than ever,” Matthew Bialick told TMZ Sports.
“Allowing a lawsuit to proceed against a woman for sharing a truthful, autobiographical account of sexual trauma would directly undermine those core values. We believe the motion will be granted.”
Her camp added that lawsuit 'ignores the dominant theme of the speech and instead attempts to isolate the narrow subset of statements concerning the size of Plaintiff’s genitalia'.
In a statement to US Weekly, Haley admitted that she was stunned by the filing.
“I am genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt upon receiving the news of this filing,” it read.
“Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal.”
Haley - who divorced Matt in 2022 - also argued to Page Six that it is 'unfortunate' that only one part of her interview was being talked about, as it 'doesn’t capture the full story of how meaningful things were to me'.
“I hope our hour-and-a-half-long conversation reflects more than a funny soundbite,” she said.
“I care deeply about respecting his privacy and the integrity of what we shared together.”
