Peter Andre has criticised ex-wife Katie Price following her comments on their daughter Princess' new docuseries.
Princess Andre has made headlines this week after she made the bold claim that she saw things in her childhood that 'no kid should', even claiming that she wishes she 'had a happier childhood'.
In the ITV docuseries,The Princess Diaries, the teenager opens up on her upbringing and shares the darker side of being an influencer at the age of 18.
Speaking specifically about her mum, Katie Price, and how 'things went downhill' after she split from ex-Kieran Hayler in 2018, Princess explained: "Mum was heartbroken and she went through a dark time, and it was things kids shouldn't see and when we needed our mum there, she wasn't there because she had her own problems."

But while the teen maintained that her parents remained on good terms, despite divorcing in 2009, both have spoken out on social media.
Her mum reposted a quote about how 'your mom is not your enemy', adding that: "She may not always say things the way you want to hear them, but her heart is always in the right place," with a later line saying 'she's trying to protect you'.
But following Price's comments on a podcast recently, ex Peter Andre has seemingly had enough, with the teen's dad taking to social media to talk about his ex-wife, who he met on I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!
The pair had two children together before splitting up, and Andre revealed that both have been under his care for seven years.

Taking to Instagram, he said: "For sixteen years I have stayed silent in the face of repeated lies from my ex-wife and her family, out of respect for my children and loved ones, but staying silent has been incredibly frustrating.
"That ends today.
"The latest comments about my children's welfare and living arrangements compel me to set the record straight.
"For well-documented reasons, and for their safety, Junior and Princess came into my care in 2018 and remained with me until they reached adulthood."

Andre continued: "In 2019, the family courts issued a legally binding order to enforce this arrangement. I have never made this public before out of respect for my children.
"In 2011 and 2015, publicly documented court cases found my ex-wife had made false claims. She was ordered to pay substantial damages and legal costs, and to apologise to me and my management.
"The same falsehoods are being repeated today."

"Unfortunately, there are many more lies and baseless accusations that I have yet to address. Those will be dealt with in the coming months," he concluded.

Price claimed she had reached out to Andre in her latest podcast, sharing that she wasn't pleased about being 'banned' from appearing in her daughter's new show.
"There's no reason why both parents just can't be there to support her. Now this isn't about me. I have to clarify this," Price said.
"I don't care that I'm not in Princess' show.
"I don't need to raise my profile by being on Princess' show, I do enough stuff," she claimed, adding that she wants to see her children succeed.
