Timothee Chalamet revealed an act co-star Matthew McConaughey did on set of filming Interstellar that led him to turn to the film’s director for answers.
Actors famously have had feuds and fights behind the scenes, but if they did what McConaughey did, it might have gotten even messier.
Revealing a key moment on set, which occurred during the last day of filming, the Marty Supreme actor revealed the Texan had pulled a prank on him after filming wrapped up that left him feeling ‘disrespected’.
Interstellar was a blockbuster for the ages and has been known as one of Christopher Nolan’s biggest hits since its release in 2014.

was amazing, and highly reviewed by audiences worldwide...and the ending is really a kick in the guts.
Speaking of guts: the flick was fantastic, his role was beautifully executed, but his friendship with McConaughey was the only thing in the sh*tter at the end of filming.
Speaking with Variety, the actors sat down and remembered their shared movie, and to talk about Nolan’s impact on the film industry.
There, we learned that if you’re mates with McConaughey, you’re likely to be gifted something that’s not entirely welcoming.
Chalamet recalled: “I gotta say, my last day on Interstellar, I was sad to be leaving. In my trailer, I went to the bathroom and there was a huge turd in my toilet. I felt so disrespected.”
The actor went on to say he knew he wasn’t ‘the star of this movie’ but wanted to know who came into his trailer to let loose in his toilet.’
Chalamet explained he then ‘went around to all the grips, these big guys, and I said, “Hey, one of you let it loose in my trailer.”’
Once they denied the claim, he revealed he 'went up to Nolan, and he pointed to Matthew, and Matthew had this devilish grin on his face’.
The young actor recalled he’d asked the Texan: “Why’d you do that?”
According to McConaughey: “In Texas, it’s a coming of age, baby.”
When recounting the story for Variety, the Dallas Buyers Club actor simply said: it was a ‘souvenir’.
The flick was possibly one of Chalamet’s lesser appreciated parts until his breakout in 2017 after starring in Call Me by Your Name.
I doubt his toilet was left in a state after filming that movie.
