Venezuela Fury got engaged on her 16th birthday, with the announcement making headlines.
The daughter of boxing icon Tyson Fury and wife Paris, she was at her birthday party when her boyfriend decided to pop the question.
Paris, 35, took to Instagram to share a clip of the proposal, which many viewers have criticised due to the teen's age.
The mum didn't seem to care much though, writing on social media: “Congratulations to @venezuelafuryofficial and @7noahprice on getting engaged. Both only young but when you know you know,

“Still in shock but very happy for you both, Me and your Dad couldn’t be prouder xxx @tysonfury.”
Venezuela could be seen giggling before hugging her future hubby, and slipping on the engagement ring - but who is the man in question?

Who is Venezuela Fury's fiancée?
His name is Noah Price, and like his future father-in-law, he is a boxer.

Noah's age is currently unknown, though the Brit can be seen sharing snaps and stories of his progressing sports career on Instagram.
That's not all, though, as he is listed on the official East Midlands Boxing Fans website as a '91kg Youth belt holder, Chesterfield ABC', having won the belt back in May 2024.
He isn't at the professional level yet, but another notable feature on his Instagram account is a highlight solely dedicated to his now fiancé, Venezuela Fury.
Why is there controversy around the engagement?
The pair have been seen going to Ascot together, along with a number of other snaps, including some of the couple out and about.

Their engagement may have sparked conversation online, but it was once legally stated under the Marriage and Civil Partnership (Minimum Age) Act in 2022, people could enter marriages or civil partnerships from age of 16 with parental consent - though this isn't the case anymore.
The age is now 18, so while the teens are engaged, they'll have to wait at least two years before making it official.

Venezuela's parents, Paris and Tyson, first married when she was 19 and he was 21, though the couple renewed their vows for a second time in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region of southern France in August this year.
Tyson took to social media to post snaps from the day, writing: “Paris & I got married again third time lucky. We had the most beautiful day in sof [French flag] it holds a lot of special memories for us.”

The couple first renewed their vows in New York City back in April 2013.
