Dad Mortified After Daughter Gifts Him Topless Photo of Herself And His Ex-Wife

A dad was absolutely mortified when his daughter handed over a slightly unorthodox gift - a photo of herself and her mum posing topless.

Look, we all know dads can be difficult to buy for when it comes to Christmas or their birthday. Socks, scarves, slippers - they've had it all.

It's honestly a minefield, but at least you've not resorted to the lengths this daughter went to.

Mariah, a star on TLC reality show sMothered, decided to team up with her mum Sandra for a topless photoshoot.

The duo are often seen posing in bikinis together on Instagram and have previously had naked spray tans side-by-side, so they're clearly comfortable in each other's company.

But it seems Mariah's dad Adrian - Sandra's ex-husband - wasn't quite so at ease, which is understandable.

Mariah knew it was a risky move, telling the camera before she handed the gift over: "I am so nervous as to how they are going to react."

Then came the big reveal.

The family were sitting in a restaurant for dinner, which was when Mariah told her father about the photoshoot.

She said: "The photoshoot was a photoshoot that I wanted to do for mum, that would boost her confidence and show the world that we embrace our bodies and that we're cute!"

Adrian seemed suspicious, asking: "So you put her in some clothes her age or in some clothes your age?"

Mariah explained they wore outfits that were 'sexy', saying that 'clothes don't have an age', and handed over the framed image in question - which said 'I got it from my mom!' underneath it.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Adrian was not impressed. In fact, that's putting it lightly.

He said: "What the f*** is this?"

Getting angrier, he continued: "What is this for? Why would you even do this? What are you going to do with this?"

Mariah tried to defend the photo by saying she and Sandra wanted to 'embrace' their bodies and she wanted her mum to 'feel sexy'.

She added: "We're gonna hang it up in the house."

But something tells me that wouldn't be happening, as Adrian still seemed understandably rattled.

He asked his daughter: "What kind of family portrait is that?"

Something tells me this one won't be going above the fireplace...
