People are venting their frustration on social media at shows such as The Big Bang Theory following Brooklyn Nine-Nine'snear miss which was saved by the NBC bell.
Fox Network cancelled the popular show which aired for five seasons because of low ratings and fans were outraged by all the commotion.
When news came out about the show's renewal fans were delighted, especially the main man, Andy Samberg, but it has led people to reflect on other sitcoms that have been renewed consistently.

Naturally it would seem, The Big Bang Theory was the subject of some jibes from fans who couldn't seem to understand why four nerds and their attractive next-door neighbour has lasted this long. It's been over a decade.
Another fan tweeted: "The show [Brooklyn Nine-Nine] has recently gained a large following, great representation and clever humour yet you're giving bland shows like big bang theory their 12th season?"
Someone else said: "Remember when Terry challenged racial profiling? Remember how Captain Holt challenged homophobia and racism? Remember Rosa and Amy as 2 female Latino leads? Now remember how Big Bang Theory is constantly racist, ableist and misogynistic? And which gets cancelled..."
So people are pretty torn up about the entire thing and it's clear to see they think there's some sort of injustice going on but Brooklyn Nine-Nine isn't the first to be axed which led to uproar.

My Name Is Earl was cancelled by NBC after four seasons apparently because ratings were going down the pan.
It's believed that fans didn't wage a campaign like they did when American comedy series, Chuck was almost cancelled. Even Subway got behind the movement to get Chuck renewed, the lucky devils.

Other shows include Futurama, Arrested Development and Undeclared which were, funnily enough, all aired and cancelled by Fox.
Some people seem to think it's just Fox that can't see the good from the absolutely horrendous. Well, at least you know it's a great show when Fox cancels it, apparently.
