Seth Rogen explained why he casts adult stars in his movies for nude scenes

Seth Rogen has spoken about why he tends to cast adult stars in his movies when he needs to film nude scenes.

The comedic actor appeared on The Graham Norton Show a few years ago and spoke about how not only did he prefer having porn stars for nude scenes, but he’d starred in a few films with Stormy Daniels herself.

Now, before you go searching for it you little wrongun, the films in question are moreso in the realm of Rogen than Daniels, as he revealed she had starred alongside him in Knocked Up and The 40 Year Old Virgin.

This didn’t stop Charlize Theron, whom he was appearing alongside on the show to promote Long Shot which they starred in together, from a shocked reaction.

Rogen said, however, that casting adult stars in his movies for nude scenes was, simply put, easier.

He said: “Very early in our careers we realized, like, if you ever need someone to be naked in a movie, you should hire a porn star because it’s the easiest thing they did that week.

“It’s not a situation where you’re, like, convincing a mainstream actress to get naked.

“Instead, you’re taking a porn actress and putting her in a mainstream movie and she doesn’t have to … put anything in her.”

Rogen went on to reveal that, in actual fact, when filming Knocked Up and 40 Year Old Virgin, Daniels did discuss the thing you’re all wondering about – President-elect Donald Trump.

Rogen said of working with her: “There is some stripper scenes in these films, and Stormy played a stripper in the in those films.

“She did tell us that she had had a relationship with Donald Trump… at the time, when a porn star tells you they had sex with Donald Trump, it's the least interesting thing you had heard that day.

“Honestly, it was the most expected information you could ever expect to hear, and literally, was not interesting to me.

“I was like, oh, yeah, great. A porn star had sex with Donald Trump?

“Yeah, that's exactly what I would expect to happen.

“Years later, it became pretty relevant information."

Donald Trump was convicted in May 2024 of falsifying business records in order to pay $130,000 in hush money.

This was allegedly in order to silence her as their sexual relationship was an affair. He was eventually charged with 34 federal charges.

Despite all of this, Trump is President-elect of the United States.
