We all love a good film that really gets us in the right feels. You know, a comedy that has you absolutely creasing or a drama that has the tears flowing.

Or for horror fans, a scary film that has them close to sh**ting their pants – if that’s what you’re into.

And while there’s been recent movies praised as being some of the ‘most terrifying of the decade’, it seems there’s one coming up that could beat them all.

An upcoming horror film is apparently so terrifying that even some of the crew have said they’ll ‘never be the same again’.

Terrifier 3 isn’t set to come out for a couple of months yet, but the fear is already building up.

The film is apparently so horrifically violent that it had to be made independently because mainstream film studios rejected it.

And lead actor, David Howard Thornton, is said to have even found some of the scenes so awful that he nearly threw up.

This third instalment of the horror franchise follows sadistic killer Art the Clown as he wreaks absolute havoc onto a community on Christmas Eve. How merry.

Signature Entertainment UK recently shared a little teaser for Terrifier 3, showing members of its team reacting to a scene from the film.

“The team at @SignatureEntUK witnessed a first look at footage from @damienleone's #Terrifier3,” it wrote on X.

“This was one reaction. She'll never be the same again. Experience what she saw and more only in cinemas 11 October.”

The black-and-white video shows the female employee wincing and covering her eyes as she turns away from the screen before tentatively trying to peek back again.

So whatever it was is clearly too much for her to handle... but will it be the same for viewers when the film comes out?

Well, it’s got fans excited anyway, as they wrote on X: “Hyped hyped I wanna see the footage now.”

Another wrote: “Bro is going ham in this movie! Cannot wait.”

With others even saying: “My eyes are going to bleed with how much I love what I’m seeing.”

During an interview with JoBlo, director Damien Leone said of the upcoming film: “Mark my words. I guarantee you the first five minutes of this movie is going to be very controversial.

"But that's not even the big kill scene. So that's why I was like, I need to just make this movie on my own, because it's too insane.

"If you thought Art the Clown's reign of terror in part two was extreme, you haven't seen anything yet."

Well, this is going to be quite the film, potentially.

Terrifier 3 is set to hit cinemas on 25 October 2024.
