Rumoured GTA 6 Lucia actress is back on Instagram with girlfriends left seriously worried

The woman rumoured to be the voice and face behind the Grand Theft Auto 6 main character Lucia has announced her return to Instagram.

Actor Manni L. Perez is expected to voice Lucia Caminos in the highly-anticipated GTA 6, a video game which already has some girlfriends worried about their partners playing.

Amid a furious torrent of questions about Rockstar's upcoming game and some unsavoury comments, Perez deactivated her Instagram account but announced a return to the social media platform on Tuesday.

In a post, Perez wrote: "I’m back ya’ll. My hip stretch marks, 1 month old gel pedicure and bikini line razor bump thank you!

"Thank you for reporting those fake imposter AI accounts!

"I appreciate ya’ll."

It's not the first time Perez has reportedly deleted her Instagram account and then returned since the unveiling of GTA 6 in December 2023, which first sparked rumours that she was starring in the game.

Gaming Bible reported in September 2025 that the 33-year-old returned to Instagram two months after deleting her account, but weird comments immediately followed.

The comment section of her latest post are similarly full of 'compliments' and queries about her supposed role in GTA 6.

Despite the heavy speculation, Rockstar have yet to officially confirm any cast member for GTA 6, with the release date just over two months away on November 19.

If Perez is indeed playing Lucia, then she has likely signed an NDA preventing her from discussing the game or her part in it.

However, it's not the first time that Perez has been in the GTA universe, as she appeared in Grand Theft Auto 5 back in 2013 as 'Clubber 2' and then in Grand Theft Auto Online as a Blackjack Dealer.

Her other previous work includes appearances in TV shows like Law and Order: Special Victims Unit and Jessica Jones, with her last role coming in a Dora the Explorer series.

One woman is refusing to allow her fiancé to play GTA 6

The game is not even out yet but Lucia is already making a big impact.

An extended 26-minute look of GTA 6 premiered on Netflix on August 27 and left everyone gagging for the game to finally release.

As well as typical heists, shoot-outs and high-speed car chases, GTA 6 will introduce brand-new relationship mechanics as you play as Lucia and her partner, Jason Duval.

However, TikToker @diaryofasalesgirl has sworn she won't allow her partner to play the game as a result.

"In absolutely no human way is my fiancée playing GTA 6 after I just saw that you literally have to maintain a relationship with a girl in the video game and text her and she'll get mad if you don't text her back, and you have to take her on dates," she said.

"Don't let your boyfriend, or fiancée or husband play GTA 6."

According to a survey by YouGov, 6 per cent of Britons would consider engaging in an in-game relationship as cheating and 19 per cent would not be okay with it.

Looks like GTA 6 might cause more household problems than just hogging the telly.
