The trailer for GTA 6 has just dropped.
No, this is not a drill; after years - and years - of waiting, Rockstar has finally given us a sneak peek at the next instalment of the iconic series.
It was mean to drop at 9am on December 5, however it was leaked on social media.
The videos were quickly taken down and everyone speculated whether they were legitimate.
However, Rockstar posted on X: "Our trailer has leaked so please watch the real thing on YouTube."
And as you can imagine, it sent speculation into overdrive.
The latest leak claimed that a youngster would feature for the first time in the series.
Rumours suggested there would be a 'Bonnie and Clyde' dynamic between the two lead characters.
Lucia, it's been said, will also have a kid who appears in storyline cutscenes and is pretty relevant to the plot.
According to the online murmurs, he was said to be 'much younger' than gamers may presume, similar to how Jack Marston was in Red Dead Redemption.
Rockstar previously posted an update to X in which it said: "In 1998, Rockstar Games was founded on the idea that video games could come to be as essential to culture as any other form of entertainment, and we hope that we have created games you love in our efforts to be part of that evolution.
"We are very excited to let you know that in early December, we will release the first trailer for the next Grand Theft Auto.
"We look forward to many more years of sharing these experiences with all of you."Featured Image Credit: Rockstar
