Ella, who managed to guess today’s intro in one second, wrote: “Perks of having TikTok”.

Another user, who worked out the track, which was Lil Nas X’s THAT’S WHAT I WANT, in just two tries said they were “down with the kids!”.

“I am slaying the Heardle game ladies xx [sic]”, Ian admitted.

Another wrote of the daily track: “Lowkey actually really like this song (if you get it in the first second, you are insane)”.

“I have absolutely no idea how I got this in 1 second,” Robbie penned.

Meanwhile, Kloe was upset about guessing the song on the second go, writing: “I know I could have got that on the first go ughhh [sic]”.

A different player was disappointed with their result, and wrote: “Took me way longer than I wanted but mind you I’ve heard that song maybe once in full.”

The new game, aptly named Heardle, sees players decoding the artist and song name to a musical intro in as few tries as possible - and fans are loving it.

“Each Heardle is semi-randomly plucked from a long list of popularly streamed artists. Much love, and all relevant copyright, to those featured,” the game’s creators explained on the site.

They added: “Heardle was made for a small group of friends, then somehow gained millions of players overnight. Please be kind.”
