Indiyah Polack is a Londoner who works primarily as a hotel waitress. When she was asked about her decision to join the Love Island crew she revealed that “I feel like I'm at a stage in my life now where I'm ready to meet new people and start dating properly”.  

Indiyah’s first partner in the villa came in the form of fellow Brit Ikenna. Although they match well on paper, both of them being the same age and enjoying nights partying in London, the couple has received some scepticism, with many viewers believing Indiyah looks unhappy with her pairing. However as the eighth season has only just begun, there is still plenty of time for Indiyah to adapt to or move on from her first relationship and hopefully whittle down who her perfect man will be. 

Indiyah believes that Love Island is the perfect place to find her dream partner, initially commenting that ‘Love Island particularly is like a closed space and I think it is a great place to get to know someone one-on-one and build a real connection.’
