Sometimes certain things have to take a backseat while other things become priority.
For example, as much as it may pain you to do so, porn viewing habits will have to be put on the back burner when things like football finals are on.
As you'd imagine, not only were all of Portugal and France's eyes latched onto watching the Euro 2016 final, but the whole of Europe tuned in to see the climax of what was actually a poor tournament.

Despite the lacklustre entertainment coming from the campaign, it's a must to flick between BBC's and ITV's coverage, getting equally enraged by Guy Mowbray and Glen Hoddle's commentary, before sticking to BBC because Gary Linekar is the fucking boy.
During the final there was a 22% drop in Pornhub's traffic across all of Europe, whereas France had a drop off of 54%, and 66% for Portugal.

This is hardly surprising given the magnitude of the event, but it is good to see that near enough all lads had to log back into PH to release the tension of the final.
As Pornhub has recently taught us, trending topics seem to dictate what people are searching for, epitomised by the fact people don't half love a good Game of Thrones wank. This of course meant that Portuguese and French porn took a right pounding.
Pornhub told us that searches for 'Portugal' and 'Portuguese' from French people rose by 730%. Maybe this is because they took a spanking off the national team and they simply wanted to reverse that by seeing a Portuguese porn star taking a spanking themselves? "Get beat by them? Beat off to them."

There was also an increase in football related porn. Personally, I consider 'football porn' to be Steven Gerrard's 86th minute screamer against Olympiacos on December, 8, 2004, which sent Liverpool through to the last-16 of the Champions League. It's good, but it's pretty hard to crack one out to, though.
Apparently 'football porn' is 'soccer mums' doing the dirty, as well as women dressed in football kits and seducing local supporters.
Searches containing the terms 'football' or 'soccer' were up 202% in France, 222% in Portugal, 37% in Europe and 18% worldwide. I'd be scared of searching this, to be honest. The chances are there's a video somewhere with someone shoving a football up their arse. Don't rule it out, this is the Internet.

The aptly named semi-finals also saw a difference in activity across Pornhub, showing the Welsh weren't as bothered about their final four tie against Portugal, with only a 26% drop off on Pornhub's traffic, compared to Portugal's 38%.
Who knows, maybe the Welsh were partaking in some kind of joint semi-final-semi-fapping activity? You never know.
