Jake Paul's alcohol tattoo 'disappears' for fight with Tommy Fury

Jake Paul's alcohol tattoo 'disappears' for fight with Tommy Fury

Jake Paul's vodka bottle ink was nowhere to be seen during the Tommy Fury fight

Eagled-eyed fans have spotted that Jake Paul's alcohol tattoo seemingly 'disappeared' in his fight with Tommy Fury.

The long-standing feud finally reached its conclusion on Sunday evening, after Tommy did just about enough to win via the judges’ cards in Saudi Arabia.

And the Manchester-born boxer soon ended Jake's perfect 6-0 record after his win by a split decision.

Tommy – who is 9-0 up on his professional record – will also earn a place in the WBC cruiserweight rankings as a result.

But now that the dust has settled, viewers are now wondering where Jake's Au Vodka tattoo has gone.

Jake Paul got a tattoo of an AU Vodka bottle for $250k.

Prior to the fight, the founder of the vodka company, Charlie Sloth, challenged the YouTuber-turned-boxer to get a tattoo of a blue raspberry bottle on his right arm in exchange for $250,000 (£206,000).

I think most of would take that to be fair.

Jake was filmed getting the tattoo and we even see the tattoo artist outlining the design onto Paul's arm.

However, fans have pointed out that the tattoo wasn't there when Jake stepped into the ring.

"Did it wash off in the shower?" one viewer wrote, while a second person added: "Fair play to Tommy Fury, punched @jakepaul @AuVodka tattoo off his arm."

Someone else joked: "Jake Paul, what happened to your Au Vodka tattoo last night? It just disappeared."

Another person said: "Where is the tattoo of the AU vodka bottle on Jake Paul’s arm gone???"

LADbible has contacted Jake Paul and Au Vodka for comment.

Despite losing, Jake congratulated his opponent and was surprisingly humble in his response.

The 26-year-old said: “I felt flat, I got sick twice in this camp and injured my arm. It wasn’t my best performance, but I’m not making excuses and I’ll come back stronger.

“All respect to Tommy – he won. I deserve a rematch, I don’t know if I agree with the judges. I’ve already won in life – I have an amazing family, amazing friends and I’ve made it further than I ever thought I would.”

And it also seems that both fighters are keen for a potential rematch, with Tommy adding: “This was my first main event. I’m only going to go stronger and bigger. If Jake wants a rematch then bring it on.

"Jake Paul was a proper warrior. He took some good shots and he’s far better than I thought he was.”

Tommy also dedicated his win to girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague and their newborn daughter, Bambi.

“For the past two and a half years, this is all that’s consumed my life,” he said. “Tonight I made my own legacy. Molly, this fight was for you and for you, Bambi, I love you.

“I had a dream and a vision that I would win this fight and no one believed me. I had pressure on my shoulders and I came through. This to me is a world title fight – I’ve trained so hard for this. This was my destiny, we did it.”
