The world-famous actor Kevin Spacey has now officially been charged by the Crown Prosecution Service in the UK over four counts of sexual assault against three men.
The actor’s dramatic fall came as a shock to fans when allegations first emerged in 2017 amidst the #MeToo scandal.

In 2022, Spacey performed in the Italian film The Man Who Drew God. The plot centres around an artist charged with sexual abuse - and Spacey plays the police detective who investigates the charges.
The same year, he was forced to pay nearly $31 million (£23 million) to House of Cards producer MRC for breaching his contract by violating the company’s sexual harassment policy.
He has now been charged by the Crown Prosecution Service after alleged incidents in London between March 2005 and August 2008, and in Gloucestershire in April 2013.
