Spider-Man Fans Fuming After Kim Kardashian Shares Major Spoilers

Just a little heads up that the article below contains SPOILERS for Spider-Man: No Way Home, so if you’d rather not see them click away now… and avoid Kim Kardashian’s Instagram Stories, while you’re at it. 

As you probably know, Spider-Man: No Way Home hit cinemas earlier this month, and while many eager fans were waiting for the first viewing available, others are still waiting to take a trip to see it on the big screen. 

Avoiding spoilers is an extreme sport at the best of the times, but with a movie as major as Spider-Man it becomes even more difficult - particularly when the spoiler in question ends up coming from a fairly unlikely source. 

And so to Kimmy K’s Instagram Stories, where she shared photos she took during a screening of the film at her home theatre revealing a major and much anticipated storyline.

The two images she chose to share showed two previous Spider-Man stars Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire on-screen alongside current web-slinger Tom Holland. 

It had been rumoured the two old Spideys would make an appearance, but Marvel managed to keep it under wraps. 

They were brought back as part of a ‘multiverse’ in which other parallel universes were introduced - meaning the universes where Garfield and Maguire were Peter Parker end up in the one where Holland is. 

As you can imagine, fans yet to see the flick were livid - particularly those who had muted their social media to avoid spoilers. 

Posting on Twitter one person wrote: “Not Kim Kardashian spoiling Spider-Man for people.” 

Another said: “I’ve muted everything Spider-Man related on all my socials to avoid spoilers since I’m watching it tomorrow... Just for Kim Kardashian to post a whole f***ing spoiler on her ig.'

While a third said: “I went all this time without Spider-Man spoilers JUST to have Kim Kardashian ruin it for me in her insta story.”

Another person fumed: "Of all f***ing people, Kim Kardashian just spoiled Spider-Man: No Way Home for me!

“I follow her on IG for the morbid curiosity and that bit me in the a**! Was waiting until it was streaming ‘cause of Covid. I'm so mad right now!”

Ouch.

Spider-Man: No Way Home is playing in cinemas now.
