Cardi B and Offset have revealed their baby son's name.

In a series of pictures posted on their separate Instagram accounts, the rapping duo confirmed their newborn, who was delivered in September last year, has a very ocean themed moniker.

They have decided to call him Wave Set Cephus.

Wave was born on September 6 last year and Cardi and Offset have been getting to know the newest addition to their family.

They released a statement to People magazine at the time saying: "We are so overjoyed to finally meet our son.

"He is already loved so much by family and friends and we can't wait to introduce him to his other siblings."

Wave will join the rapper's three-year-old daughter Kulture, who also has Cephus in her name.

Offset has three children from other relationships, seven-year-olds called Kalea and Kody, as well as 12-year-old Jordan.

Cardi revealed she was pregnant with Wave in an epic way in June last year.

The rapper used her performance at the 2021 BET Awards to reveal she was expecting her second child.

She was dressed in a skintight bodysuit that had a cutout for her belly and she didn't miss a beat as she sang her verse for 'Type S**t' in a collaboration with the rapping trio Migos.

The crowd went absolutely wild when the 'Up' singer came onto the stage with her pregnancy outfit on, which was adorned with rhinestones and crystals.

It was a big night for the rapper at the BET Awards as she was nominated for five gongs, including best female hip-hop artist, best collaboration for 'WAP' with Megan Thee Stallion, viewer's choice award and video of the year for both 'WAP' and 'Up'.

Migos was also nominated for best group.
