An OnlyFans model who spent $100,000 (£74,475) to look like a ‘real-life superhero’ has revealed what she looked like before the surgery.

Leslie Luxx, from Venice Beach, California, has spent over three-and-a-half years completely transforming her body.

The content creator says she is inspired by anime girls' 'bouncy and beautiful' features, and has undergone numerous procedures to achieve her ideal look.

In an interview with Truly in December 2023, Leslie said she has had rhinoplasty, rib breaks, lip lifts, BBLs, and breast augmentations, as her desire is to go 'bigger, bigger, bigger'.

"The anime girls are always very bouncy and very beautiful. I’ve always wanted to look like that," she said.

"Wearing these costumes makes me feel like a superhero.

"Before I do a cosplay, I watch movies and cartoons of them for a whole week. I watch everything I can to learn more about them. I feel like I transform myself into that character."

Aside from her love of anime, the influencer acknowledges that she probably does 'have body dysmorphia', which 'is a mental health condition where a person spends a lot of time worrying about flaws in their appearance', according to the NHS.

Her partner, at the time of the recording, said he supported her but shared concerns for her health and obsession.

"I don’t feel that I am complete yet. I actually want three ribs removed, a bigger bum, and a much bigger bum," she explained.

"People tend to judge me all the time when I go out. They either laugh at me or really stare at me because they like me."

Leslie said, 'the horrible comments affected me' and made her cry 'but then I realised—who cares?'.

"I hate to say it, but some people can’t even afford it. So why are you even talking about me? They’re just angry because they can’t have it or be beautiful," she added.

While the adult star has no plans on quitting surgery any time soon, she thinks she will 'probably stop around 50'.

"But you never know. I might need it more then. I don’t know," Leslie admitted.

"People see you and they start labelling you more. They don’t treat you as a human as much.

"I want to be big and curvy. If I could be the biggest, I would be the biggest, but I don’t know if it’s possible.

"When you first have surgery, you always have these expectations that you’re going to look a certain way, like a Barbie doll immediately, but that never happens. You have to heal for months."
