I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! viewers have voted for Matt Hancock to take on the next bushtucker trial... and fans of the show think it will be the first of many.

Hancock entered the jungle during Wednesday evening's episode of the show, where he took part in his first challenge alongside fellow new campmate, Seann Walsh, before the pair had even met the other celebs.

The late arrivals then arrived at the main camp, where Hancock was grilled by some of the other campmates over his reasons for deciding to do the show.

The celebs' response was similar to the public reaction at home, with many questioning whether the jungle was the place for a politician.

Many viewers at home found it equally surreal to see the former health secretary in the I'm A Celebrity camp, with hundreds taking to social media to discuss.

And when it was revealed that the public would be voting for one celeb to take on the next trial, viewers knew just who they wanted.

At the end of the episode, presenting duo Ant and Dec arrived in camp where they revealed that Hancock had been chosen to do the next bushtucker trial - Tentacles of Terror.

The trial will see the MP for Suffolk taking part in his second trial of the show - and he's only been in the jungle for 24 hours.

"I just knew it was going to be me and I still felt nervous," said Hancock, as it was revealed he would be taking it on.

And fans are convinced that it won't be the last trial Hancock is voted in for, with many believing the public will want to see him put through his paces.

Matt Hancock has taken part in two trials since arriving in the jungle.

One person wrote on Twitter: "When Matt Hancock gets voted for the next trial... and the next trial.... and....so on!!"

While another said: "Did I really download the im a celeb app to vote matt hancock to do each trial? Yes I did."

And a third added: "Let’s practice being shocked when Ant and Dec announce that it’s Matt Hancock voted to do the trials every night."

"If you didn’t use your 5 free votes all in one go to make Matt Hancock do the next trial then what are you actually doing?" said a fourth.

I'm A Celeb continues on Thursday evening at 9pm, where Hancock will take part in Tentacles of Terror.
