Calvin Harries took a swipe at Simon Cowell on live television.

The DJ was a guest on The One Show last night (3 August), when he began talking about a trip he had to a bizarre hotel.

During the conversation, Harris - real name Adam Richard Wiles - was asked by the presenters, Alex Jones and Roman Kemp, about some of the weirdest places he's ever stayed.

And not thinking twice, he recalled a hotel he stayed at for a couple of nights that lived long in the memory.

"I stayed in a hotel in Switzerland once I checked in I was a bit hungry so I look to the room service menu and it was just full of cosmetic treatments on the room service menu - botox, boob job.... eyebrow lift,' he explained.

"I walked out of there looking like Simon Cowell. It was mad. I was out there for two days."

Now, it should be pointed out here that while his change in appearance has been subject to speculation over recent months, Cowell has denied having undergone any kind of surgery.

Earlier this year, at a press event ahead of the new series of Britain's Got Talent, Ant and Dec had a little joke with the audience.

"We have a new face joining the judging panel," Dec revealed.

To which his partner in crime joked: "What? Simon has a new face?"

What are they like, eh?

Reacting to the cheeky jibe, Cowell hit back, claiming that he has never gone under the knife.

Speaking about his look, the record producer said: "I think it's hysterical. I mean, it just makes me laugh. I haven't had a facelift or anything.

"I've had a bit of Botox or whatever, but nothing drastic. So, when I hear about this stuff, honestly it does make me laugh".

But it's not just those in the business who have spotted changes to Cowell's features.

Following an appearance on Lorraine, a few months ago, people watching on at home were taken aback, with many saying they could hardly recognise him.

Taking to Twitter, one user said: "Simon Cowell looks like a completely different person lately."

Another also commented: "Simon Cowell looks like a hologram."

While someone else added: "He seems to have changed his face which has made him look strange."
