Here is the reason why Noel and Liam Gallagher haven't done any joint press interviews ahead of their legendary reunion tour.
We are now just weeks away from seeing the Gallagher brothers back on stage together for the first time since their 2009 set at V Festival, which came just under a week before the band would go their separate ways.
Announced to much fanfare last August, Oasis will be reuniting to play a series of dates across the UK, Europe and beyond later this year, kicking off with two dates at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on the 4th and 5th of July.

With just over six weeks to go until the tour kicks off you'd imagine that rehearsals for what's expected to be the biggest concerts of 2025 are well underway.
So why haven't we seen Noel and Liam promoting their upcoming tour in interviews together?

Asides from a handful of paparazzi shots showing the pair arriving (separately) to shoot a promotional campaign for Adidas, we haven't really seen the brothers together.
So why is that? Is this all part of a marketing scheme, or do the brothers not want to jeopardise their truce?

Fortunately for us, Liam is pretty much an open book when it comes to addressing fan queries on social media, with the 52-year-old setting the record straight on X.
Responding to a fan joking that Noel doesn't want to interviews with his brother as he's 'funnier', the former Beady Eye singer replied: "We don’t want to do interviews coz we’re scared of the media asking us intrusive questions and trying to pick holes in our relationship."

The exchange occurred as part of a broader conversation regarding the brothers' relationship, with a Liam fan account writing a series of tweets stating that 'liam and noel's relationship >> oasis as a band' and that speculation about their relationship may have negatively impacted it in the past.
The lengthy thread was one which Liam clearly agreed with, as the singer responded 'RESPEK' to the thread.

Which is fair enough.
Although the brothers haven't done any press together, they haven't been shy about separately sharing their thoughts on each other. Sharing a glimpse into their working relationship in a recent interview with talkSPORT, Noel gave the following statement to Alan Brazil: "He's great. I was with him yesterday actually.

"He's alright. He's on tip top form."
Meanwhile Liam teased what went down between the pair during a meet-up in a London hotel earlier in the year, responding to one fan by revealing with the following: "It was lovely, we had a lovely chat and a cuddle."
